Our team plays critical roles in executing our go-to-market strategy. We create a variety of content programs including webinars, virtual events, e-books, blog posts, and more. We leverage this content engine to target and engage our core audiences and drive revenue growth. The Marketing Program Manager is the backbone of dependable marketing execution. Key responsibilities include content creation, managing deadlines, building thought leader relationships, troubleshooting process challenges, and creating promotional materials.
Within Corporate Marketing, the programs team sits at the intersection of brand, product adoption, customer acquisition and growth, content creation, and operations. They collaborate closely as a unit and cross-functionally within the business. A shared passion for B2B marketing and a constant drive to optimize and improve helps this team reach major business goals at scale - and they have a lot of fun while they're at it!
Responsibilities:
As a Program Manager on our Corporate Marketing Team, you'll play a critical role in our overarching go-to-market strategy as we look to swiftly educate, engage and influence our ideal audiences, and build our brand. You will:
Contribute to the content engine by writing blogs, infographics, e-books, etc. and lead the content development of webinars.Be accountable for hitting program goals (registrations, downloads, campaign responses, etc.).Ensure all program milestones are hit at appropriate deadlinesHelp build up a roster of marketing talent and thought leaders to maximize content opportunitiesLeverage strong writing and creative skills to support our email/promotions calendarBe a strategic partner with our Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure program adoption and success, execute cross-functional projects, and uphold our culture of collaborationFacilitate project kick-offs and strategic planning sessions, knowing when to actively lead, when to create space for others, and when to draw out energy and insight from extended teamsLearn and become an expert in our technology stack, including: Salesforce, Pardot, BrightTALK, Wordpress, Datafox, LeanData and moreSkills :
Expert written and verbal communication skills that can be leveraged across a range of mediums; from engaging internal partners with a well-worded email to building rapport at a customer eventAn existing or budding passion for the fast-paced and ever-evolving B2B marketing spaceReliability; being accountable for deadlines and projects, and communicating early and clearly when challenges ariseA can-do, positive attitude when approaching new opportunities and projectsA fast learner with the ability to quickly adopt and execute new marketing ideas, methods and technologiesAttention to detail and a commitment to producing consistent, high-quality workA knack for creativity that can push programs and campaigns to new heightsExpertise or Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field3-4+ years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or at a marketing agencyProject management expertise2+ years of expereince writing short and long-form contentA track record for successfully managing projectsStrong interpersonal skills and experience building internal and external relationshipsExperience with Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, Wordpress, Airtable or similar is a plus, but not required.
