Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting all Sales Team members utilizing SalesForce CRM. Primary duties include working cooperatively with the outside sales and design teams to provide assistance in preparing designs and bids. This position will assist with identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing customers. This position entails a creative mindset and will also be responsible for implementing all social media and marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities
Account management with customer satisfaction driven sales effortsResponsible as the point person for organizing and distributing sales opportunities to outside sales representatives for bid developmentManaging the bid and design database to ensure all designs are completed in accordance with due datesWork closely with the Sales Team to assist with packaging final sales documents to be submitted to customers
Customer Interaction
Communicate with customers daily for all follow-up on quote database and assist in continuing to grow and maintain customer relationships with Constant ContactAbility to understand and quickly respond to customer communications to direct sales members via phone, email, and CRMContact potential customers for business development opportunities to promote MDM servicesEstablish and implement a customer satisfaction outreach program
Marketing & Social Media
Develop, produce, coordinate, and implement various internal and external related marketing deliverables and servicesAssist in creating high-quality proposals and other collateral to present MDM in a compelling and innovative wayManage all social media posting of projects, events, customer testimonials, and more across all media platformsCoordinate with Sales at local marketing and customer events as needed (e.g., coordination of sales literature, booth preparation, etc.)
Qualifications
Ability to read and respond to common inquiries from customers and/or employeesProfessional and strong communication skills, as a liaison between customers and project team membersSkilled in time management, organization, and multitasking while maintaining flexibilityProficient in digital technology platformsSalesforce CRM knowledge a plusAt least 5 years of administrative experience and/or sales supportCustomer satisfaction driven with frequent communications via phone and emailAbility to work as a team member in a fast-paced customer-driven environmentSkills and ability to organize and develop systems (checkpoints) toward maintaining daily activities/tasks
