About The Role
The Humane Design team is dedicated to creating simple, delightful and transformative user experiences. As a Production Designer you'll craft, refine, and implement cohesive design components across our desktop, mobile, and laser design systems. The ideal candidate brings a keen eye for detail, a passion for creating scalable design solutions, and a talent for translating complex design concepts into user-friendly Figma components. You thrive on consistency and efficiency, finding satisfaction in creating systems that empower other designers and developers. At our company, you'll have the opportunity to shape the foundation of our digital experiences, ensuring a unified and intuitive interface across all our products. This 3-month contract role offers the chance to make a lasting impact on our design ecosystem, with the potential for extension based on project needs and performance.
We request that you submit a presentation (Keynote, PDF or Figma preferred) of 1-2 examples of your work, along with any passion projects, that you feel represent you as a designer. We'd love to learn how you think about product design and make decisions - from the experience of using a product to its look and feel, the craft behind it, and the trade-offs you made to ship.
