JOB SUMMARY
Drive engagement and growth within NCL's loyalty program, Latitudes Rewards, by collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize loyalty benefits and ensure they are operationally sustainable and seamlessly integrated across technologies. Serve as a key subject matter expert on Latitudes Rewards, maintaining a deep understanding of the program's benefits, terms and conditions, and overall structure to ensure alignment with company goals and member expectations. Support marketing efforts for CruiseNext, NCL's future cruise program, and identify opportunities to integrate CruiseNext with Latitudes Rewards, positioning the loyalty program as a key driver for bookings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the research team to analyze guest behavior and develop strategies and messaging that position the loyalty program as a key driver for booking with Norwegian.
- Analyze program performance and insights, including Tier Progression, to identify improvements, optimizing member engagement, retention, and program effectiveness.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to refine loyalty benefits, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, company objectives, and operational scalability.
- Work with marketing teams to develop cross-channel campaigns that drive engagement and ensure consistent messaging across email, digital, and direct mail.
- Plan and execute key member events, such as the annual Members Cruise, ensuring seamless delivery, post-event analysis, and targeted communications to enhance satisfaction and reinforce brand loyalty.
- Support CruiseNext marketing efforts by creating integrated strategies that drive future bookings and strengthen loyalty through synergies with Latitudes Rewards.
- Stay updated on industry trends to enhance the loyalty program and maintain its competitiveness.
- Travel as needed to gain firsthand insights into loyalty benefits onboard, ensuring member experiences align with brand promises.
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree
FIELD(S) OF STUDY: In Marketing or any related field of study; or any equivalent combination of relevant background and work experience.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in marketing, campaign execution, or CRM strategy, with a track record of delivering results through data-driven initiatives.

- Highly motivated with a passion for bringing new ideas forward, driving innovation, and continuously improving marketing strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to independently define, manage, and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring successful delivery within deadlines.
- Skilled in using data and insights to inform strategies, with experience defining analytical needs and making data-driven decisions.
- Strong collaborator, able to work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., email, web, direct mail, social media) to execute integrated campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, present insights, and lead projects from start to finish.
