We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our team in Camas, WA. This role is In-Office. The pay range is $30-35 per hour Primary Function: Support the creation of marketing material as needed to grow Sigma Design per our business needs. Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities: Assist with creating, editing, and publishing marketing material, including photos, videos and social media content Assist with events planning including running and coordinating internal meetings, ordering materials, coordinating shipments to/from events etc Write, produce, edit and publish videos showcasing Sigma Design solutions and services. Ensure all marketing communication is up to date and evolving according to the marketing plan and the company’s vision and mission Perform marketing duties including: Order business cards Manage social media calendar Update marketing material (collateral, website, presentations etc.) Manage / maintain content updates on SharePoint Other administrative duties as assigned by the marketing team Assist with monitoring various company email inboxes (web leads, marketing inbox.) Follow Business Technology policies to protect sensitive data and reduce information security occurrences. Education and Experience: (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities) Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience preferred. Must have experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom) Experience with managing social media in a professional setting. Experience with videography and editing (DaVinci Resolve preferred) Excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritize workload and work independently Strong written and verbal English language communication skills Excellent teamwork/interpersonal skills. Work collaboratively across departments within the organization as well as with customers and vendors.
