This position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies, creating engaging content across multiple platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and staying ahead of emerging trends. We're seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to develop and implement compelling social media campaigns that elevate our brand presence and drive meaningful engagement across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives
- Create engaging, platform-specific content calendars for multiple social channels
- Monitor performance analytics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns
- Stay current with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging
- Build and nurture community relationships through timely and authentic interactions
- Manage social media crisis communications when needed
- Execute paid social media campaigns to amplify reach and engagement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or related field
- Proven track record of growing engagement and audience across social platforms
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience using social media analytics tools
- Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc.)
- Experience with content management and scheduling tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
