The role requires a high performing marketing generalist that is a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, sense of urgency and attention to detail. The Sr Manager, Marketing will manage cross-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, out of home, local restaurant marketing, etc.). To succeed in the role, the Sr Manager, Marketing will have an entrepreneurial spirit to learn and try new things but with an eye on how to scale as we continue to open new locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for Pagoda Asian Grill by P.F. Chang's restaurants, designing campaigns and promotions to drive awareness and sales.Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver consistent/impactful and engaging content across all channels.Drive effective paid media campaigns and analyze performance to optimize results.Develop data-driven insights to track customer and competitor trends and enable responsive marketing activities.Implement and optimize local restaurant marketing initiatives, managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing initiatives, iterating plans based on data-driven insights.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.7+ years of experience in managing campaigns and local field marketing tactics in an agency or brand environment.Proven track record in managing diverse media mix campaigns, preferably in the hospitality industry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Desired but not required : proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and knowledge of print production processes.Working Conditions:
Primarily remote/home office with occasional restaurant environment visits for marketing support.Full-time position with significant team interaction and occasional travel for new restaurant openings and team meetings.
