With oversight of B2B marketing strategy and efforts for the Americas, the
Sr. Marketing Manager
will develop the strategy and lead the understanding of customer insights to drive Collinson awareness as well as enable the Commercial team to grow current accounts and expand a new portfolio of products and services. Reporting to the Regional Marketing VP in our Plano, TX office, this person will also work closely with the UK Marketing Team and Regional Account Managers. What You'll Do:
Manage an in-depth understanding of our B2B target segments, utilizing that understanding to craft messaging and drive call to action to improve brand awareness and client preference. Develop relationships with key clients, payment networks, issuers and new clients to strengthen the business ecosystem. In coordination with global & regional marketing team, develop regional content and localize global campaigns to educate and increase client engagement to drive portfolio growth. Work with internal and external creative resources to create and execute multichannel marketing communications, including sales decks, collateral material, and toolkits. Lead and develop ABM programs to strengthen current accounts and expand portfolio of products and services. Understand market trends and the competitive landscape, with focus on the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia & Perú, to develop internal recommendations. Participate in pitching processes to reinforce value propositions and support the business development, including new product features adoption. What You'll Need?
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field 8+ years’ experience in B2B marketing and Travel or Financial Services background preferred Salesforce CRM and account-based marketing programs experience Creativity and passion, with a desire to innovate and transform marketing practices and strategy to drive growth Knowledge of digital media and performance campaigns Experience and comfort working directly with customers Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and accomplish deadlines Understanding or experience of working in a business with multi-functional teams Strong writing skills and ability to produce high quality business recommendations Business experience in both Latin America and North America desired Fluent, bi-lingual (English and Spanish) You can look forward to a competitive salary and benefit plan including but not limited to:
