Responsibilities:
Staying on top of current trends, social ad platform changes and social advertising strategies to ensure our efforts are cutting-edgeServes as one of the lead coordinators for agency clients, trafficking campaign builds and branded content needs across both teamsAssists with internal agency project management and client communications as neededCreate, maintain, and optimize social media advertising campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTokTracks and reports analytics for social marketing campaigns, and prepares reports for clients as neededConducts market research, competitive audits, and audience segmentation for social marketing campaigns and community management for clients
Qualifications:
At least 2-years-experience in social media marketing requiredExperience building and managing campaigns in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTokDetail-oriented with strong project management, organization and time management skillsStrong phone and presentation skills, with experience in client account management preferredAbility to work autonomously to maintain own workflow and meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong data research and analysis capabilitiesStrong expertise in using Microsoft Office productsExperience in order management systems like Operative, AOS, etc are a plusThis is a hybrid role based out of Hunt Valley, MD. You must be local in order to be considered for this role.
