The ideal candidate will have worked within a professional setting, preferabbly within a B2B, marketing or admin assitant role and have a keen interest in digital partnerships & marketing, while also being hungry for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Updates & Pipeline Management:
Regularly update CRM systems with sales data, track pipeline progress, and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities.
Data Collection & Refreshing:
Collect and refresh data to ensure that our sales team has access to the most current and accurate information.
Calendar Management:
Coordinate and manage calendars for the sales team, scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-ups as required.
Proposal Creation & Forecasting:
Assist in the creation of sales proposals, and support forecasting efforts by analyzing current sales trends and data.
Maintain & Update Internal Reports:
Keep internal sales reports up-to-date, ensuring they accurately reflect sales performance and metrics.
Producing Cold Call & Email Lists:
Generate and manage lists for cold calling and email outreach to support the sales team’s lead generation efforts.
Reporting on Success of Email Campaigns:
Utilize our AI email system to track and report on the success of email campaigns, analyzing metrics to gauge effectiveness.
Data Analysis:
Conduct data analysis of email campaigns and overall sales department performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Managing Internal Relationships:
Collaborate with various departments to gather insights and produce relevant case studies that highlight our successes and capabilities.
Qualifications:
Positive Attitude & Strong Work Ethic:
Demonstrated enthusiasm for supporting a sales team with a proactive and can-do attitude. A willingness to take initiative and tackle tasks with dedication and perseverance.
Eagerness to Learn:
Open to learning new systems and processes. Training will be provided, so a genuine interest in developing skills and growing within the role is essential.
Basic Experience in Office Tools:
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is preferred but not essential. Experience can be gained on the job, and proficiency will be developed through training.
Attention to Detail:
Ability to manage tasks with precision and care, ensuring accuracy in data handling and reporting.
Strong Organizational Skills:
Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and maintaining an organized approach to work.
Effective Communication:
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Adaptability:
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment with a positive approach.
Team Player:
Ability to work well within a team, showing support and contributing to group goals.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
