Our Library Contact Specialists make gentle, reminder calls to patrons of public libraries encouraging them to return overdue materials to their member libraries. For over 30 years, Unique Management Services has provided this service to more than 1600 public libraries across North America. We successfully protect the libraries' books and materials while returning patrons to good standing in the library community.

This position requires:
- Excellent use of both English and Spanish languages
- Excellent, empathetic phone demeanor
- Excellent oral and written communication skills,
- Must have some customer service experience or equivalent communications experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older before making collection calls.
- Must successfully pass a third party, criminal background screen.
- Computer and keyboarding Literacy. (35 WPM)
Flexible schedules:
- Preferred schedule; Full-time: 12pm to 8:30pm EST, Tuesday-Saturday
