Role Overview:
The Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing PureDropIV’s marketing strategies. This position is designed for an applicant with a strong work ethic who excels in problem-solving, has a solutions-oriented mindset, and is capable of working independently. The individual will not be responsible for creative content creation or sales but will ensure effective management and coordination of marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital media, email, and print channels.
Social Media Management: Coordinate and manage social media postings, ensuring timely and effective updates across platforms.
Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support, including data scrubbing, monitoring reviews, and organizing marketing materials.
Website Management: Assist with website updates and maintenance.
Content Coordination: Oversee the creation and curation of content for social media and the website, including progress shots, video clips, and customer testimonials.
Event Management: Attend and manage home shows, ensuring smooth execution and engagement.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred but not required.
Experience: Recent graduate or early career professional with some experience or internships in marketing preferred.
Skills: Demonstrated ability to be highly organized, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage tasks effectively, and solve problems proactively.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
