14 weeks durationResponsibilities:Develop comprehensive process documentation for the Brand Marketing team to support strategic planning and long-term vision, with potential for broader application within the marketing department.Monitor and track all projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines are adhered to and budgets are maintained.Suggest and advocate for essential process enhancements to improve the daily operations of the World of Warcraft marketing team.Provide weekly updates on key project progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring timely and accurate processing of purchase orders.Supervise project implementation to ensure milestones are met and all assets and initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration between departments such as development, community, and customer support.Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, offering actionable insights for process improvements.Identify and introduce new tools and technologies to increase efficiency in marketing operations.Recommend and support the implementation of best practices in project management and operational excellence.Qualifications:Must be able to work on-site in Irvine, CA!3 - 5+ years of experience in Project Management, production, or operations roles at a major entertainment or video game companies.Prior

history of successful launches.Proficient in project management fundamentals: s cope definition, timeline creation, quality control, cost estimation, and budget management.Adept at

issue resolution, risk mitigation, negotiation, influence, and change management.Experienced in procurement oversight and vendor relationship management.Competent in

MS Office (especially Excel), SharePoint, Confluence, Miro, and Photoshop.Knowledgeable in

agile project management
