Details:Job Title: Content DesignerLocation: Raleigh, NCDuration: 18+ Months (Contract high possibility of Conversion)Work Schedule: HybridJob description for your reference:Responsibilities:Support multiple agile teams, working closely with UX, UI, PM, PO to complete Rally features.Help interview and onboard new teammates.Take lead on team meetings, like critiques, showcases, and other interactive group sessions.Lead content designers-provide guidance, feedback, and peer reviews.Identify opportunities continuously improve user journeys, product adoption, performance, and overall client satisfaction.Attend and actively participate in cross-functional meetings (agile team meetings, product/design syncs, content team meetings, etc.). Ask questions, share feedback, and advocate for CD principles.Apply relevant accessibility standards and best practices when creating content.Become a Client's Verbal ID and assigned feature/ work stream expert-understand, own, and executing on voice and tone, legal, risk, and compliance requirements, task functionality, and business requirements.Own and drive initiatives from inception to completion to improve the content delivery process and organization.Serve as a SME by identifying and applying content design concepts and data/research to drive decision-making.Be proactive and support EXD in the development of flow charts, journey maps, competitive research, user studies, or other innovation as needed.Take lead on high-profile projects for features and work streams.Introduce, advocate for, and document content design processes that support team growth and synergy.Ensure content delivery is aligned across digital platforms.Complete all teammate learning center assignments at least 7 days prior to due dates.Required Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and related training.5+ years of online/digital content development and strategy experience.Excellent writing skills with demonstrated ability to write successfully for digital interfaces and applications.Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences:(Hiring Manager DOES NOT require these skills/ prior experience. However candidates with any of these will be looked at first.)Preferred Qualifications :5+ years in content design, UX writing, and/or microcopy-focused on web and mobile applications/digital platforms.
