The Campaign and Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives to support the mission and priorities of the American Nurses Enterprise. This role will focus on designing and executing integrated campaigns while also leading the product marketing efforts for the association's offerings, including professional development programs, educational resources, memberships, and advocacy initiatives. The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical skills, excels in stakeholder collaboration, and is passionate about amplifying the voice of the nursing profession. This is an exciting time of innovation, creativity and growth for ANA. We need proven and demonstrable skills in MarCom, and great team players. You must possess the experience and ability to comprehend and offer solutions to business challenges within your domain expertise, with honesty, candor, respect and agility to drive and enable change. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Campaign Development & Strategy
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support advocacy, membership growth, and public awareness initiatives.
- Create campaign briefs, timelines, and KPIs to guide implementation and measure success.
- Identify target audiences and craft tailored messaging to drive engagement and conversions.
Product Marketing
- Serve as the marketing lead for association products and services, including certifications, continuing education programs, events, and publications.
- Develop and execute product marketing plans, including value proposition development, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Partner with product owners to align marketing efforts with product goals and launch timelines.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs of members and stakeholders, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance product offerings.
Content Creation & Management
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality assets such as brochures, product guides, case studies, videos, and digital content.
- Ensure all materials highlight the unique benefits of products and services, driving interest and engagement among target audiences.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing collateral across channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Channel Management
- Manage campaigns and product promotions across multiple platforms, including email marketing, social media, website, paid advertising, and events.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize marketing strategies to improve ROI and engagement.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams such as advocacy, education, and membership to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
- Engage external stakeholders, including industry partners, sponsors, and media outlets, to maximize reach and impact.
- Support member engagement by promoting campaigns and products through member networks and events.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze campaign and product marketing performance data to identify successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and insights for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Use data-driven decision-making to inform future strategies and optimize outcomes.
WHAT YOU BRING TO ANA:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management and product marketing, preferably in healthcare, nonprofit, or association sectors.
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of product marketing principles, including go-to-market strategies and value proposition development.
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
