Materials Expeditor (On-Site)
Facilitate flow of raw component, sub-assembly and assembly inventory from delivery through Receiving Inspection, Stock Room, Manufacturing to Distribution. Interface with various business functions to expedite materials, support on time completion of Work Orders and inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities:
In coordination with key functions, execute priorities for inventory movements throughout the AB processes.
Support Manufacturing Management in developing and improving inventory control and management.
Review reports for aging WIP, MRB, SAP errors and work with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and other functions to resolve.
Support cycle counting process, specifically focusing on POU and Backflush locations.
Manage visual system for floor stock materials.
Review Stock Room MRB inventory and work with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and/or other functions to make appropriate dispositions.
Analyze inventory levels and usage patterns to identify potential risks, excess stock, or obsolete items, and make recommendations for stock adjustments or disposal.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and operational efficiencies within the inventory control function.
Manage product per SLED to avoid overstock or expired materials.
Perform other tasks or special projects, as assigned.
Perform job functions in compliance with FDA and TUV regulations, GMP and applicable ISO standards.

Education
HS diploma or GED required
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree
Work Experience
5 years of previous experience in a comparable/relevant role
Nice to Have
Experience working with Class III medical devices/regulations/quality systems
Language(s)/ Level
English/ Proficient
IT Skills
Microsoft Office- proficiency in Excel
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $29.23/hr - $43.84/hr (based on location and experience). This role is also bonus eligible.
