Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Identify new market opportunities and trends to capitalize on.
Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows.
Manage the sales team via KPI’s discussing new business targets, monthly sales targets, pipeline targets, and more.
Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
Conducts pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.
Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and present reports on sales and marketing activities to senior management.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.
5 plus years’ experience in marketing or sales or in a similar role highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance data.
Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.
Represents the voice of the company on and off site.
Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of customer and company information.
