The Citi Retail Services (CRS) Partner Marketing team leads all marketing efforts for the CRS business. The Head of Partner Acquisitions for Citi Retail Services is currently seeking an AVP of Partner Marketing Acquisition Growth. The individual in this role will be responsible for supporting forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic workstream updates for retail portfolios. This includes monitoring performance trends daily, leading forums and routines to monitor workstream progress, and developing materials to support regular strategy reviews.
Responsibilities:
Manage new account performance tracking through daily dashboard updates and weekly performance read-outs, deriving insights and identifying key trends/changes
Manage content creation to support strategic updates to leadership, weekly and monthly
Lead monthly forecasting discipline across multiple stakeholder teams and consolidate high volume of inputs into streamlined view
Lead routines across multiple stakeholder teams to monitor workstream progress, identify key setbacks, and identify needs for escalation
Deliver strategic recommendations to drive account growth for the Citi Retail Services business through understanding the competitive landscape and optimizing existing channels
Make decisions and recommendations based on analytics
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in business, particularly in project management, digital marketing, or analytics
Exemplary communication and presentation skills, with ability to partner effectively and influence key decisions across various levels of the organization
Exceptional interpersonal, relationship, and influence management skills that allow for close partnerships with many different constituents, internal and external
Partner-oriented mindset with ability to make strategic recommendations that deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for Citi and our partners
Comfortable in ambiguous situations, self-starter and self-learner
Comfortable operating in a highly matrixed, complex environment
Strong sense of accountability and decisiveness in a strong work ethic culture
Team-player with ability to adjust immediate priorities based on changing business needs
Highly organized, detail-oriented, energetic, positive, resourceful, and proactive
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree
