This position will be filled as one in a series: Graphic Designer I, II or III, depending on applicant qualifications. Two positions will be filled.
The Graphic Designer (I, II or III) will have strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to align creative vision with broader organizational goals. They will generate creative visual elements for training materials and produce presentations, manuals, charts, illustrations, job aids, and manipulate photography as part of daily responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be able to innovate as well as follow approved templates, meet tight deadlines, maintain client confidentiality, and maintain quality standards.
The Graphic Designer (III) will be responsible for planning daily tasks, producing visuals, and developing assets for marketing materials, training modules, digital engagement, interactive experiences, and web-based media. The ideal candidate will work well with a creative team and be able to create engaging graphics for the diverse scope of LED projects, programs, and internal and external clients using a variety of tools and software programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate multiple projects at the same time
- Develop creative solutions that align with LED’s strategic goals and branding
- Create visual assets for deliverables such as marketing materials, training manuals, presentations, tradeshow booths, brochures, flipbooks, job aids, posters, etc.
- Coordinate with team members to meet project timelines
- Perform quality control of assets and deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive designs across all departments
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with creative team members on projects
- Format presentations using pre-designed templates
- Format manuals using pre-designed templates
- Resource Management
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Education:
Graphic Designer I:
• Associate’s degree or higher in a Graphics related field, OR at least 3 years of relevant work experience with publication experience
Graphic Designer II, III:
• Associate’s degree or higher in a Graphics related field with publication experience
Required Experience:
Graphic Designer II:
- 3+ years of experience and a professional portfolio demonstrating publication and design skills
Graphic Designer III:
• 6+ years of experience and a professional portfolio demonstrating publication and design skills
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Graphic Designer I:
• A professional portfolio demonstrating publication and design skills
Graphic Designer I, II and III:
• Working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and InDesign)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate activities to ensure timely delivery of work product.
• Ability to travel and drive own or other vehicle to various locations as needed.
• Ability to carry up to 20 pounds on an as needed basis.
Preferred Experience:
Graphic Designer I and II:
• Experience in digital/graphic design and production
• Experience in creating interactive experiences, animation, and motion graphics for web-based products, AR/VR, or interactive design
Graphic Designer III:
• Expertise in digital/graphic design and production
• Expertise in creating interactive experiences, animation, and motion graphics for web-based products, AR/VR, or interactive design
