Full Time Hybrid Job Description We are seeking a Sr. Talent Development Specialist and Instructional Designer to join our team. This role involves designing and developing instructional programs and materials, including e-learning and instructor-led programs. Responsibilities
Design and develop instructional programs and materials. Create e-learning, instructor-led programs, and performance-support tools. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy. Utilize Articulate Storyline or similar authoring tools for course development. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, Training and Development, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in designing and developing instructional programs. 4+ years of experience with Articulate Storyline or similar eLearning authoring software. Hybrid Policy Our hybrid policy requires staff to live within one of our three regions (San Diego County, Riverside County, & Imperial Valley). You must be physically present onsite 1-2 times a month for meetings.
