Contract duration
: 4 months with possible extension (contract to hire based on performance)

: 8:00Am – 5:00Pm (Travel required after worker converts to Full Time Employee.)
Pay range:
$25.00/hr. - $32.00/Hr. on W2
Position Overview:
The position is responsible for project managing the concept, design, and production of high-quality creative deliverables and internal/external communications for Events Division. This role works with the Event Strategy Team to provide insights, best practices, and timelines for deliverables.
Communications & Information Sharing:
· Build, implement, and manage a comprehensive internal communications strategy to increase engagement and build awareness across all stakeholders; including but not limited to, brand narrative, business strategy and department initiatives, and event programs details.
· Write and edit communications with a commitment for precision, and quality in a timely manner.
· Create and improve existing processes and types of communication, to increase their efficiency and impact.
· Track and measure communication metrics impact of strategies to make needed improvements.
· Maintain internal Events page with up-to-date events information, marketing resources and communications.
· Provide communications guidance with internal teams and leadership.
Creative Development & Project Management:
· Lead and implement a process for pre-event meetings to support planners to make decisions about event design; Simultaneously support multiple planners on numerous events of varying sizes at any one time.
· Coordinate with internal staff and vendors to establish the requirements for an event and serve as liaison to management team throughout the planning process.
· Manage and track multiple project deliverables and timelines. Responsibilities include but are not limited to print and creative tracking and development, shipping & packing event materials, internal and external event communications, show photography and videography.
· Project manage selling show printed and digital materials; Includes but not limited to general event materials, supplier sponsored signage and internal department ad hoc signage
Event Engagement & Experience:
· Develop relationships with vendors, venues, and other industry contacts while crafting and implementing the creative and logistical aspects of all events needs for print and digital support.
· Develop website, registration platform and advertisement assets for internal and external stakeholders.
· Coordinates stakeholder experiences from conception through post-event review; manage on-site collateral preparations, production, and event breakdown; and ensure consistent, high-level service throughout all phases
· Support post-event tracking and ROI analysis to help measure the company’s marketing initiatives and to improve future performance.
· Leverage survey data to elevate the events, activities, and hosting experiences of our internal and external stakeholders.
