JOB SUMMARYThe Senior Manager, Co-Brand Marketing Orchestration will manage the activation of customer-centric, omnichannel, marketing strategies as part of Marriott’s broader Global Cards acquisition and cardmember engagement efforts.
S/he will partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders across the company, as well with individual channel owners to activate audience-led value-based marketing strategies that will fuel Global Card program growth as it expands further into international markets.Partnering closely with the Global Cards team, the Senior Manager, Co-Brand Marketing Orchestration will contribute to global cobrand acquisition and spend goals by ensuring all marketing efforts are orchestrated and performance-managed across digital channels and on-property experiences.
Core responsibilities will include leading the execution of the audience performance strategy and managing omnichannel marketing campaigns from intake to activation via Marriott’s marketing technology platforms.This role will work within a highly matrixed, cross-functional organization and partner with teams across GBAM, Loyalty, CLV, Digital, IT and Bank and agency partners.
S/he will be an advocate of transformational change in mindset, process and technology across the organization.

The salary range for this position is $93,713.00 to $204,107.00 annually.Colorado Applicants Only:

The salary range for this position is $113,393.00 to $204,107.00 annually.Washington Applicants Only:
The salary range for this position is $93,713.00 to $204,107.00 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus.
