JOB SUMMARY: The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for administration and analysis off all sales systems including C3 and The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Sales and Marketing leaders to ensure that all communities and sales counselors have the tools and resources to do their jobs effectively.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
CMA: Maintain the Community Market Analysis reports for each community in the Division. Distribute information to sales teams and senior leadership
Update quarterly with Metrostudy data
Update monthly with pricing and resale changes
Update options percentages, and competition as needed
Promote the sales and marketing department to all employees of KB Home
Attend all weekly sales meetings and provide updates to the sales team regarding C3 and other sales or marketing related items
Participate in weekly sales management calls, marketing/sales conference calls, national marketing calls and RET calls as needed.
Pricing Updates: Ensure the accuracy of sales pricing on price sheets, website, spec lists and SIMS.
Review VCBL
Maintain and create special sales programs in KB systems
Administrative Duties: Assist the sales counselors, sales leadership and senior leadership
Assist the sales counselors in expense reports - coding, submission
Process invoices and check requests
Update and distribute community directory
Maintain Long Form Disclosures for each community. Work with legal to create LFD's for new communities.
Order supplies for sales teams
Distribute items in courier bags, and prepare new bags for delivery
Instruct Fastrac class on C3, market research and SIMS
Track internal sales contests and bonus submissions
Process refer-a-friend forms
Prepare cancel forms from SIMS, fill in cancel reason and sales counselor
Record gross sales daily and confirm all sales from recaps received
Process sales lot releases
Marketing Duties: Serve as a resource to the Marketing Team
Act as the backup for CMS changes
Assist in marketing campaigns and promotions
Grand Openings Set Up
Assist with Signage
Outstanding Contracts Compliance:
Conduct audit of each contract received
Update contracts not received report and distribute
Drive accountably and compliance by the part of the sales team
Systems and C3 Lead: Act as the sales systems and C3 expert for the division
Provide field support for the sales team and leadership
Ensure that C3 is up to date with accurate information on sales counselors schedules/location
Monitors certain key data points such as backlog and sales person phone appointments and works with sales person or sales leader to resolve any related issues
Provide training for new sales counselors during Fastrac as needed.
Submit documents for legal for review prior to sales contest or promotion, and as needed
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Certifications/Licenses
Bachelor's degree preferred. HS Degree required
Experience
2-4 Years minimum of related experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Systems and Processes-Data base/systems
Strong technical and analytical skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Market analysis experience a plus
