Yondr is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Digital Operations Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team. This role supports the day-to-day operations of Yondr's digital marketing initiatives, manages internal workflows, and executes digital campaigns. You will be a key player in ensuring the smooth execution of various projects, optimizing performance, and delivering results. The ideal candidate has experience in a similar digital operations role and a strong understanding of digital marketing platforms.
Operations Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and improve our digital platforms Implement new software that will aid our digital marketing initiatives Ensure the utility and functionality of our digital tools Track the progress of our digital operations Optimize our digital systems for better performance when necessary Marketing Responsibilities:
Multi-Channel Campaign Development:
Support the development and deployment of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (web, email, social, etc.) Campaign Execution:
Help execute digital campaigns from start to finish, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet performance objectives. Project Management:
Use project management tools such as Asana to manage timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring smooth project execution. Data Analysis & Reporting:
Proactively monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and interpret key metrics (using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to provide actionable insights for optimization. Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving:
Address and resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently, working closely with relevant teams to ensure minimal disruption to campaign execution. Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelines. Qualifications:
Experience:
5+ years in a similar digital operations, project management, or digital marketing role. Digital Tools & Platforms:
Strong understanding and experience with digital tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, CMS (e.g., WordPress), and project management tools like Asana. Data Analysis:
Proficiency in data analysis, including the ability to create reports and interpret key performance metrics. Problem-Solving Skills:
A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively. Marketing Knowledge:
Advanced understanding of social platforms, digital marketing best practices and current trends is a plus. Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Attention to Detail:
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring high-quality outcomes. Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, etc.) for leading or transformative brands. Knowledge of CRM systems, CMS platforms, and/or email marketing tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Understanding of A/B testing, conversion optimization, and journey mapping.
