ExemptJob Purpose SummaryProvider Partners is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to provide overall leadership, market awareness, and direction, focused on redefining senior care through tech-enabled, value-based care. The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for leading projects and marketing with a focus on long-term care, assisted living, and other key market targets.ResponsibilitiesLead and execute all marketing initiatives and strategies to generate brand awareness for Provider Partners products in key target markets:Long-term care (LTC) and Assisted Living Facility (ALF) owners and operators,LTC and ALF Association Executive Directors, Chairpersons, key employees, and key members,National Nursing home and ALF associations,State and Federal elected officials, appointed agency leaders, and policy & regulatory leaders, advisors, staff.Devise and present marketing plan and budget.Initiate go-to-market strategies to increase MQLs, including digital marketing campaigns, thought leadership, public relations, advertising, sponsorships, and proposals.Manage and design external marketing collateral and presentations to support sales initiatives.Identify, plan, and execute presence at key national/regional industry conferences to promote the company and its products/services to target markets.Orchestrate public relations strategies with industry publications and local media contacts.Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives align with company growth strategies to meet ROI goals.Stay at the forefront of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to drive innovation and inform marketing strategies.Take the lead on projects and be comfortable starting with a very small team on day 1 and building that team as needed.Implement the plan above on a very aggressive timetable.SkillsExperience marketing within health care systems.10 years experience in leading and managing a team.Demonstrated success in executing market strategies in highly competitive markets.Experience executing written content creation.Ability to deliver excellent engaging large group, small group, and individual presentations.Knowledge of health and patient care facilities.Experience in post-acute or LTC is a big plus.Excellent communication skills.Strong ethics.Team spirit with a positive attitude.BA/BS degree preferred.Working ConditionsRemote work from home; there is an administrative office located in suburban Baltimore. Position requires frequent travel.Physical RequirementsRemaining in a stationary position, often sitting for prolonged periods. Minimal lifting of 5-10 pounds of office-related equipment as needed.Direct ReportsMarketing team members.
