They offer a dynamic and fast-paced, award-winning work environment where you can make a real impact.The Opportunity:My client is seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to join their executive team as Senior Vice President, International. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading and managing their $1+ billion international business, with a primary focus on driving market share and revenue growth across all existing markets. You will oversee a high-performing team across key regions, including a strong presence in PRC, APAC, and ASENA, with an emerging presence in the EU. All in-country executive leadership teams as well as multiple VP's will report directly to you.Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive international growth strategy, focused on exceeding market share and revenue targets.Lead and manage a $1+ billion P&L, ensuring profitability and achieving financial objectives.Build and foster strong relationships with key partners and indirect sales channels across international markets.Oversee all aspects of international operations, including sales, marketing, supply chain, and regulatory compliance.Develop and implement a talent strategy to attract, retain, and motivate top international talent.Lead the identification and evaluation of new market opportunities, with a focus on strategic new market expansion.Provide strategic direction and guidance to in-country leadership teams across all international markets.Qualifications:Minimum of 15 years of experience in with a proven track record of success in international business.Demonstrated experience in managing P&Ls in excess of $500 million USD.Strong understanding of international business dynamics, including market entry strategies, cultural nuances, and regulatory environments.Adept at developing and implementing high-growth strategies that drive market share gains.Proven ability to build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams across diverse cultures.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Fluency in English, with additional language skills a plus.*** ROLE IS NOT BASED IN CHICAGO but an UNDISCLOSED US LOCATION ***Join a Winning Team:My client offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
