ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-quality written content for key internal and external stakeholders; including senior leadership, internal governance committees, and regulators, in alignment with GS writing standardsAct as a center of excellence, providing review, challenge, guidance, and best practices for written deliverables; such as procedures, policies, frameworks, quarterly reports, status updates, project plans, board and regulatory presentationsAssist in the management and oversight of regulatory communication strategies, plans, and materials for the firm as requiredIdentify improvements in writing requirements, propose enhancements, and lead implementation and trainingEnsure consistent style and tone for the firm in all written deliverablesBasic Qualifications / Skills5+ years of experience in writing / editing within Financial ServicesBachelor’s Degree (preferably in Writing, English, Journalism, Literature, Communication, or related field)Strong knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory responses, interactions, and matters within ComplianceProfessional experience in handling various learning and communication objectivesExcellent written, verbal, and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues in a clear and concise mannerExperience in delivering high quality work products, reflecting attention to detailStrong communication and relationship-building skills in frequent interaction with senior stakeholdersWork independently and exercise strong judgment when executing an assigned taskMulti-task and have the ability to manage and advance multiple projects simultaneously.Identify and effectively escalate potential issues to appropriate person(s)Other Qualifications / SkillsDemonstrate resilience and creativity when under pressure and when managing time-sensitive demands from competing stakeholdersProfessional experience in handling various learning and communication objectivesAbout Goldman Sachs

Salary RangeThe expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $115000-$250000.
