About The Position:
The Integrated Marketing Content Specialist develops and executes comprehensive marketing campaigns to reinforce the brand and promote the products and services of the credit union. This role contributes to various marketing channels to effectively reach target audiences. The Integrated Marketing Specialist will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create compelling integrated initiatives, drive member engagement, and achieve organizational objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop content that educates, influences, and inspires target audiences to act across a variety of marketing channels, including social, email, blogs, and collateral.
Execute the production of assets (written and visual) efficiently following a thorough production process.
Monitor and oversee the credit union’s online presence and reputation through social media monitoring and online review management.
Develop targeted marketing campaigns to support Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies.
Continually evaluate communication strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
2+ years experience in a content creation role.
2+ years experience in writing content and developing strategies for social media platforms. (eg. Facebook and Instagram)
Skills & Competencies
Proficient in marketing automation tools, content management systems, and social media management platforms.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of your job, you may regularly be required to sit and use a keyboard, multiple monitors, mouse, and telephone (including repetitive motions with hands, fingers, arms, etc.) for extended periods of time. You may also frequently be required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, bend, and kneel.
You may occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Compensation & Benefits
$48,000 - 67,000 per year
Compensation is dependent on experience
Medical, dental, and vision plans, where we cover 90% of employee costs and about 75% of the costs for their dependents
