Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our office and ensuring efficient administrative processes.
Duties:-Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails and handling correspondence-Maintain and update files, records and databases-Assist with data entry and clerical duties-Type and proofread documents, reports and presentations-Coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements-Provide support to the office management team as needed-Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Quickbooks-Utilize computerized systems to input, retrieve and manage information-Conduct research and gather data for various projects
Skills:-Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite (One Drive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite-Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy-Excellent organizational and time management abilities-Attention to detail and ability to proofread documents for errors-Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
