Develop and execute innovative growth strategies, including lead generation tactics, to accelerate user acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify key growth opportunities, including lead generation channels and strategies, and market expansion.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize conversion funnels, particularly focusing on lead generation stages.Implement data-driven approaches to continuously measure, analyze, and iterate upon lead generation strategies and business initiatives.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in lead generation, applying insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities to enhance lead generation efforts and expand market reach.NEEDED EXPERTISE
Proven track record of driving significant growth in user base and revenue within a startup or fast-paced environment, with a specific emphasis on lead generation.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and concise messaging, particularly in lead-generation campaigns.Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, email marketing (utilizing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo), and various lead generation channels such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.Experience with analytics platforms to derive actionable insights and inform decision-making, particularly in the context of lead generation performance.Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and effectively coordinate lead-generation initiatives.Familiarity with the technology industry landscape.OUR BENEFITS & PERKS
