Responsibilities:
Manage the execution of marketing programs as well as assume direct responsibility for the quality of workProvide strategic counsel to clients and account teamAnticipate clients' strategic needs, both long and short termPlan and run strategic client meetingsConsistently offer value and add counselFunction as the main contact for client accounts OR communicate with clients at the senior level to build and maintain relationshipsRetain and develop current accounts to increase revenueSupervise account staff in their daily activities, provide structure and instruction for balancing their workloadsMotivate, mentor, and guide the professional development of staffAssume fiscal responsibility for division, accounts, and teamActively participate and guide the operations and future course of division and agencyQualifications:
Prior agency experience is a mustBA/BS Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldDetail-oriented and results-orientedExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
