Overview
Managing Training Communications: Coordinating and disseminating training-related communications to relevant stakeholders.
Supporting Event Management: Assisting in planning and executing live training events, including logistics, scheduling, and ordering necessary supplies.
Managing Content Recency: Regularly updating training materials based on best practices and project plans to ensure content remains current and effective.
Supporting LMS Training Builds: Assisting in the creation and management of training modules within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Implementing Content Review Plans: Developing and executing plans for the periodic review and revision of training content.
Coordinating Training Schedules: Working with trainers and participants to schedule training sessions and ensure optimal attendance.
Monitoring Training Effectiveness: Collecting and analyzing feedback from training sessions to identify areas for improvement.
Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring all training activities comply with organizational policies and relevant regulations
Providing Administrative Support: Offering general administrative support to the training team as needed.
Performing all other duties as assigned.
