About The Job
Tepa Companies is seeking a graphic designer to conceptualize, design, and create visual materials to communicate ideas, messages, or information effectively. As a Graphic Designer, you will use various design tools, software, and artistic skill to create visually appealing and impactful graphics for digital and print materials, marketing collateral, websites, and social media.
Essential Job Functions
Collaborates with Proposal staff, Business Development Managers, and Communications staff to understand project requirements and objectivesDevelops creative concepts and design ideas that align with project goalsCreates visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various purposes, such as capability statements, brochures, posters, infographics, social media visuals, and website elementsEnsures that the designs are aesthetically pleasing, engaging, and consistent with brand guidelinesUtilizes graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or other relevant tools to develop and manipulate visualsEdits and enhances photographs, images, and multimedia content to achieve the desired visual effectOptimizes graphics for different platforms and resolutions, maintaining image quality and file sizesDevelops layouts that effectively present information and visuals in a clear and organized mannerPresents design concepts and ideas to internal clients and incorporates feedback into final designsManages multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality workKeeps organized records of design assets and project files for easy retrieval and future referenceWhat We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field or 4 years of graphic design experience1-2 years of experience doing graphic design in a corporate marketing or communications teamProficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and a solid understanding of design principles and compositionDemonstrated ability to generate design concepts and solutions that align with project objectivesMeticulous attention to detailStrong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environmentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and visual, to effectively present ideas and collaborate with team members and internal clientsWillingness to adapt to changing project requirements and be open to receiving constructive feedbackAbility to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
